And after watching <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goodeatsfanpage.com\/Season6\/Choux\/ChouxTrans.htm\">Choux Shine<\/a>, I knew I had to try out making &eacute;clairs from a flour paste that the French call P&acirc;te &agrave; choux.  My problem was the icing tip.  It was way too small.  And even switching to the largest flat leaf one, it was still too small.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSigh.  I need to buy some professional ones at the restaurant supply store on Lamar.\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"photo\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pictures.hamzy.info\/blog-photo-IMG_1001.jpg\" alt=\"Pote a Chox after\"><\/img>\n<\/div>\n<p>\nThey did come out all right.
