Spider web

This is a picture, not taken, of the thinnest of suspension bridges, spun by some unseen spider between the handlebars of my bicycle, barely seen in the morning sunlight, somehow managing to avoid destruction while my hands shift gears and brake, and while strong headwinds rage against it…

Speeding and stopping

This is a picture, not taken, of an impatient driver and a rainy day, first spotted cutting into a gap for left-turns of oncoming traffic, immediately tail-gates, rides my bumper when I have to brake for a truck swerving into my lane, said driver gets onto the highway, then back off, only to wait at a red light and smoke before continuing straight, the same light I am waiting on to make a left-turn, which could have been avoided if he stayed on the highway…
